Chair Volleyball

We will have a bump off start on Monday evening, March 31 at 5:30 pm. We will monitor the interest and evaluate best times to schedule, as well as frequency we may want to do it in the future.

So please come to get us going! It is informal and meant to be fun and get our blood pumping. No experience necessary. Bring friends who might be interested. If you cannot come the first night, but are interested in the future, please let me (Rhonda) know.

The basics:

• Volley a beach ball over a smaller-than-regulation size net

• 6 people (+ or -) sitting in chairs on each side of the net

• Keep one cheek on the chair at all times, except when rotating to serve.

• Otherwise, follow the general rules of regular volleyball.

• Fun for all adults-not limited to seniors!
